  Installation was ok for the back door. Such a shame they have a dreadful attitude though, as I need to replace ALL the windows in my house and now I have to find someone else.
  
  The details: Was invoiced a few days later, and on same day got a call by a snotty guy reminding me that the invoice was due. When I asked when payment should be made I was told on installation date (which was before I received the invoice). A few days later was asked again, and I said I wanted to pay at the end of the month, at which point I was told they do not provide a "financial credit service". I had to remind them of the consumer rights act which allows a 30 day grace from invoice.
